Managing Director

Jayne North has worked passionately for 27 years within the careers and education sector. Jayne provides expert guidance services and innovative solutions to schools and learning providers in the North West.

Jayne is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), an experienced Leadership Coach and national trainer. Jayne has successfully developed and delivered many innovative Projects including STEPs Community Volunteer Mentoring Programme, the Get Ahead Motivational Group Work Programme and an innovative employability programme ‘Ready to Work’. Most recently securing Career Enterprise Company funding to run the KS3 FAME programme in 5 North West schools. She is an experienced bid writer securing external funding on behalf of schools and the Connexions Service. Jayne is a highly experienced motivational speaker and regularly presents at national and regional conferences and is published author for Trotman, SSAT and National College.
