Through the CEIAG Continuous Professional Development we will:

• Explore how effective CEIAG promotes learner progression and a whole school response to embedding CEIAG within the curriculum and why this is necessary to ensure sustainability through capacity building.
• Provide you with your own copy of the whole My Career Development resource pack on USB, which will include all 50 Lesson Plans and resources (for 50% off the rrp).
• Introduce you to the My Career Development resource, a complete delivery pack of classroom activities which will help you to deliver a broad and balanced programme of careers related education and personal development to students in KS4.
• Identify how the My Career Development Resource Pack is particularly relevant to those learners who are vulnerable and who may disengage from learning and become part of the Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) group.
• Focus on how the resources can help to prepare students for the impact of the Raising of the Participation age as it will significantly contribute to student’s ability to make well informed, realistic decisions about their future.
• Explore how My Career Development resources can be used across the curriculum to meet OFSTED requirements
